I. Overview
Ceramic filtration is the world's most advanced solid-liquid separation technology and it has been

Ill. Structure Principle
Ceramic filter structure mainly includes rotor formed disc with several groups of ceramic filter plates,
distributing head with suction and washing effect producing coupling switch phenomenon, mixer
preventing solid precipitation, scraper that is necessary to eliminate filtering plate solid adsorption, cleaning
system of filter board outside the filtering plate abdominal cavity and ultrasonic oscillation, as well as the
control system of the tub and operation procedure keeping certain paste liquid level.
During its operation, due to the effect of vacuum filter plate, when the rotation is submerged under the
slurry liquid surface of groove, the surface of the filtering plate will form a solid particle accumulation layer
and liquid will pass through the filter plate and enter vacuum barrel though distribution switch. When the
filter plate with accumulation layer leaves slurry liquid level, it will form filter cake. As a result of the action of
vacuum, it will continue dehydration and make the filter cake further dry.
When the rotor continues to turn to the place of scraper, filter cake will be unloaded and sent to the
required place by the belt drive machine.
